Does Afri Artisans offer free shipping?

If a product is marked with a “Free Shipping” badge or if the total cost of the products in your order is more than N5,000,000.00, your order maybe ship for free! Please take note of the following exclusions:

To qualify for free shipping, the total cost of the products in your order must be greater than N5,000,000.00 after any valid discounts or coupon codes have been applied. Taxes and gift cards will not count toward the N5,000,000.00 order minimum to qualify for free shipping.

Additional confirmation would be required by Afri Artisans for specific kind of products.

Free shipping only covers regular ground shipping to locations in the contiguous Nigeria. Other shipping options, such as 2-day shipping or white glove service, may incur additional charges.

Certain products, such as tiles and some hardware products, may not be eligible for free shipping. Any shipping charges associated with a product will be disclosed in the Shipping & Returns section on the product listing page and in the checkout process.

The Afri Artisans Shipping Policy is designed to be as straightforward as possible to give you the best shopping experience.

Does Afri Artisans offer international shipping?

At this time, all items sold on the Afri Artisans Marketplace ship within the Nigeria. Some sellers provide shipping to West Africa Countries, Europe and America.

To check shipping options, use the Ships To filter and choose a an option. Shipping to other international locations is not yet available.

Does Afri Artisans have a physical brick and mortar store?

Afri Artisans has a physical brick and mortar stores and maintain some samples of the physical inventory. Afri Artisans also sells products directly and provides an online storefront for sellers who sell their products through our website. What delivery options are available?

Afri Artisans Direct Order Delivery Definitions


  • Order will be shipped via various carriers, for example GIG, FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Third-party Logistics. Your order will be left at your doorstep if signature is not required.
  • Expedited shipping is only available when shown in the cart.


  • Some products will have the following delivery options:
    • Curbside (Contactless): Item(s) will be delivered to your driveway, or garage (under cover if possible). No delivery appointment or customer presence is required.
    • Curbside (Signature Required): Item(s) will be delivered to your sidewalk, driveway, or garage. You will be responsible for the transport of the items beyond that point into your home. The driver is not responsible for bringing the shipment into your home.
    • Inside Your Door: Item(s) are delivered just inside your front door.
      If you live in a high-rise building, items will be delivered to the entryway, lobby, or designated delivery area on the first floor. Please select Room of Choice delivery if you would like delivery to your door if your building has a dedicated freight elevator.
    • Room of Choice: Item(s) will be delivered to the room or outside area of your choice.
      If your item will be going to an upper floor of your home, please ensure the product can be moved through your doorway(s), stairway(s), and/or hallway(s) prior to checkout.
      Please note you will be responsible for any unpacking, assembly, and trash/debris removal.
    • White Glove: Item(s) will be delivered to your room or outdoor area of choice, including unpacking, product setup, light assembly* and full packaging removal.
      *White glove is limited to 60 minutes of onsite service. Products requiring power tools or extensive assembly times are not covered by this service. For items that require extensive assembly, please contact us on

Please note: Unless you choose the Curbside (Contactless) shipping option, the shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window after your order has shipped. Be sure to provide your best daytime phone number when checking out.
